Our Company maintains all information provided to us when you purchase a product. Your personal information is used only to process your order. Collected information from the Registration Form will also be stored in our data base to notify you of sales and other Company's activities if you wish us to do so. If necessary, however, we may have to telephone you for clarity in assisting us to more accurately process your order.

PLACING ORDERS OFF LINE
To place your order off-line, call us at 931-200-1605 or email us at crow40@frontiernet.net. We accept all major credit cards, money orders and cashier's checks. If you are ordering merchandise and not using a credit card, shipment will be sent upon receipt of your payment.
PLACING ORDERS FOR OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
When items ordered are out of stock, we will contact you immediately either by telephone or by email. We will order the merchandise for you or return your payment. Ordered merchandise usually takes one-two weeks to reach you if available.
SHIPPING ORDERS TO YOU
We usually ship orders within four days of receipt and will provide you with a tracking number. Our shipping carriers are UPS and Federal Express which make deliveries M-F. All shipping charges are based on standard rates for United Parcel Services (UPS) and/or Federal Express (FEDEX) within the continental U.S.A. Additional charges will be applied to luggage, oversized merchandise and international orders based on weight and destination. All merchandise is thoroughly examined prior to shipment for manufacturer's defects and damage. Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt; report and make a claim for any defects to the Shipping Carrier within 24 hours from the date you receive the shipment. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM FOR MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Erin's Boutique will gladly accept any merchandise unused and in the same condition (labels attached, same packages,etc) as received within (7)SEVEN DAYS of receipt. To exchange or return merchandise, you must contact Erin's Boutique at 931-200-1605 or email us at crow40@frontiernet.net.
All returns MUST be shipped freight pre-paid by you. Returned merchandise should be insured. Erin's Boutique is not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Make certain that you include your name, address, phone number and email address. When you request a refund, you will be charged a $15 fee if the order was processed using a credit card.
